The Teacher - Oren
I have been a dedicated student and practitioner of yoga for more then 15 years, and teaching full time for about 9 years. I practice daily yoga asana (postures), kriya (cleansing practices), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
I am trying, to the best of my abilities, to apply my daily practice to everyday life, interactions and relationships. I also try to share my experiences and realizations in a non-dogmatic way, giving equal space to the ancient wisdom of yoga as well as to a modern scientific approach.
Yoga for me is a process of transformation that leads one to
a state of inner peace, contentment and wellbeing.
That is what I try to facilitate when guiding others in the practice.
